30-Minute Increments

• A "day" is defined as any day of the week when my professional presence is required, ending when the day's events conclude, or when I need reasonable rest or recovery
• "In-person" payment is required before flights/lodging will be booked
• Only serving the United States and its territories at this time

• My billing department will book flights/lodging and send you the invoice at final billing
• Events beginning at 9 AM (or earlier) require night before flights/lodging
• Events starting at 10 AM (or later), same-day flights are preferred
• Lodging at the nearest suitable hotel, such as the Marriott or Hilton, are required (dependent on availability)

Unless otherwise arranged, I will travel via Lyft or Uber

• During events, I will pay for our meals (if applicable... because that's what a Dad does)
• Meals during travel and while on duty will be reimbursed at final billing

Note: I do not consume alcohol while on the job.
